The contact form

When you write through the contact page, I receive your name, email, phone if you give it, organization, the challenge you select, and your message.

The website sends the submission to me and the person who manages website intake, then records the delivery result on the server. I use it to reply and to see if this work is a fit.

Book orders

Book checkout runs through Stripe. Stripe collects the payment details. I receive the order information I need to confirm the purchase and to ship, including your name, email, and shipping address.

I do not see your full card number.

What stays in your browser

The contact page may keep a landing page and campaign tags in your browser so the form can tell me how you found the site. That stays on your device until you submit the form or clear it.

Videos

Some pages embed videos from YouTube. If you play a video, YouTube may set its own cookies under its own policy.

I do not sell your information

I do not sell, rent, or trade the information you send me. Contact submissions go only to me and the person who manages website intake. I share order information only with Stripe so checkout can work.

How long I keep it

I keep contact messages long enough to reply and to follow up if the conversation is still open. I keep order records as long as I need them for shipping, receipts, and tax records.

Ask me to see it or delete it

Email me if you want to know what I have, or if you want me to delete a message you sent. I will do that unless I have to keep an order record.
