Workshop 01
Executive Accountability
Boardroom and whiteboard exercises
Pillars: Leadership Alignment, Accountability
Best suited for Leadership teams that need alignment on values, vision, trust, and communication.
The Humanistic Shift Assessment can be part of this session. How far the session goes depends on how many of the five assessment areas you use.
Executives set the tone for everything under their watch. Safety rises or falls on boardroom decisions long before anyone steps onto the floor.
Accountability at this level is ownership, not blame. Every policy, budget choice, and priority tells people what actually matters.
When executives make safety a priority, culture changes. When they ignore it, people get hurt. Workers follow what leaders tolerate, not just what they say.
Leadership is proven not by words, but by what you refuse to ignore.
