Executives and Owners: What If It Were Your Family?

If your spouse, child, or grandchild worked in your organization, would you invest in their safety? Would you listen when they raised a concern? Would you correct a hazard before it changed their life?

Would you want them to have the training, equipment, time, and support to come home safely? Then I am asking you, as someone who loves one of your employees: Will you do the same for my family?

The person working for you is the person we are waiting for at home. We depend on their income, but we also depend on their presence, their voice across the dinner table, their embrace, the ordinary moments we still have ahead of us.

Please remember that when a safety investment reaches your desk. Behind that request is someone we love. Behind your decision is a future we are counting on.

Our loved ones deserve the same protection you would expect for yours.
Listen to them. Address the hazards. Give them what they need to work safely.
