Safety is the bottom Line

David A. Ward Sr.

As the CEO, your focus is to increase revenue, profits, production, and the bottom line.

However, it’s also your responsibility to protect your employees lives at all costs and you can’t put a price tag on that.

Now let me give you something to think about:

By not investing in your company’s greatest asset your employee’s safety and your company’s liability it diminishes your effectiveness to increase the bottom line, production and obtain future business and profits.

If your current safety programs, administrative oversight, project monitoring and training are not properly managed, it’s costing your company:

  • profits
  • increasing your insurance premiums
  • worker’s compensation
  • long-term medical cost
  • the loss of potential business

and most importantly your company’s integrity and the ability to secure more business.

Businesses are now receiving hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines for workplace hazards, repeat violations OSHA/EPA and are being criminally prosecuted for fatalities and wilful misconduct

You must realize that safety is the most critical component of your company’s financial future. That’s right…… Safety is the only department that affects every one of your employees, business decisions, future business relationships, and your company’s financial stability.

When disaster strikes and it will, your safety programs only if they’re effective, will reduce your potential risks and losses.

Understand the significance that an effective safety program has upon your business.

Safety increases your profits, production, future business, financial gains and saves your company millions of dollars if not more, that’s rights millions. Now is the time to be Proactive, not Reactive

I cannot make it any clearer, can your business afford to lose hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue, profits, and payout a minimum of 500K or more in injuries, worker’s compensation, accidents, or criminal litigation? If not, then you need to invest in what’s really making your company profitable and sustainable your employees safety, you cannot afford not to have it, and your employees and business depend on it.
